Best furnace for 25X60 mobile home?
QUESTION:I plan on replacing my furnace this year for my mobile home. It is a 1992
home. I have a water cooler on top of the roof. I probably want to just have
a furnace, but would consider putting in a Air Conditioner with the furnace.
The furnace works ok, but it is one of those Coleman Evcon ones that comes
with the home. I am betting that it wastes propane, and a new one would use
less, and more important heat the home better. If there is a better time of
the year, to get a better price, please let me know. I Thank You and
appreciate your help and great knowledge.

depends on your installer, and his ability to determine your correct needs.
Look for the company thats going of of business...they normally give the
stuff away, other than that, the best time to buy is anytime from Jan 1, to
December 31....as the next year that rolls around, prices go up.
Other than that, it costs the same now, as it will in November..
