QUESTION:Lennox 110,000 BTU, model G8, gas furnace.
Filter is inside the unit, works great.
Can be seen running (still installed in the house)

It's in a 1200 SF bungalow in Lake Bonavista area.
Getting a higher efficiency model (BIG $$)
Nothing wrong with this one except it's lower efficiency (65-70%)
If you need one for parts or for a rental house (if tenants pay for
the gas) these low-efficiency units really are trouble-free.
ANSWER: If you purchase this furnace and install it yourself, you might as well
kiss your home warranty goodbye. And good luck with trying to get a
claim from your house insurance, if they will insure you at all.
