QUESTION:How do I change my Honeywell three way valve on my boiler. Is it difficult?
ANSWER: Depends how old and what's wrong with it? If the motor has failed you only need a replacement motor, about 12.00, 2 screws and two connections. If its worn out gears you just need to replace the powerhead. Unless it's an very old one where you will have to replace the whole valve, which means draining the system and removing the valve at the 3 compression fittings and reconnnecting the new wiring. If its seized you need to remove the powerhead, (2 screws) and ease off the flat spindle. Where are you?
