QUESTION:I need a part for my Lennox furnace. The part is the control board. My
heater model number
is G24M3-75-A-2 and the serial number is 6393M40009. The part number is
33J6201.
What I have is control board failure. I have checked all the sensors and
run through the diagnostic procedure. The problem is that the board
trys to turn on the gas valve and doesn't.
It goes through its 3 trys and locks out the heater. I am both a
licensed electrician and licensed
electronic tech. I have traced the problem down to the ST62T15
controller chip on the board.
The 24 VAC is present on the relay but the relay never gets energized.
The pin on the control chip
attempts to raise to 5V but never makes it. Hence, the transistors never
energize the relay.
If anyone can help me obtain the part, either reply by email or to the

ANSWER: the reason i said the above , the fellow on the phone with Lennox told
me
one time that there was 1 million tom's in the air condition business.
I have a number out of Dallas of 1-800-453-6669 . the last time i
called they
are getting nutts about prices. i ordered a blower wheel and it cost "
me "
$73.00 + no sales tax by the time i got it . I told him i order all
the time and
come off that. he didn't back off. SO i'm looking for another out let
somewhere.
how is your number for prices? i only use them in the last resort but
sometime
you got to with Lennox.
